Delivery and returns
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours, but please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery. If for any reason the items you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay with your order and dispatch it as soon as possible.
If you require an express delivery, orders must be placed before 10.30am Monday – Thursday and delivery will be on the next working day. Orders for express delivery placed on Friday by 10.30am will arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed for express delivery after 10.30am will be delivered within 48 hours. Any orders requiring express delivery and placed on a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day and delivered on the following day. Please note that express delivery is only available for delivery to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our deliveries arrive on time, on rare occasions some items may be delivered outside of the published times.
If you are unlikely to be at home to receive delivery of your order, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address (work, neighbour, etc). Please leave any delivery requirements or special requests in the comments box and we will do our best to assist you.

If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please complete an order for each separate delivery address. Delivery charges are made for each required delivery.
International Deliveries
Please contact us if you require delivery outside of the UK and we will obtain a quotation and timescale for the appropriate delivery service.
Gift wrapping Service
We will be happy to gift wrap your order for an additional £1.00 per item. Once you have selected your gift(s) simply add the gift wrapping option to each item you require to be gift wrapped and type your message in the text box to appear on the gift tag(s). We will then carefully gift wrap your item with love and your order will be packed and dispatched.
Returns
You can return your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item or items being returned must be in exactly the same condition you received them and both the product and its packaging must be in re-saleable condition. We do not refund postage costs as these are direct costs to us and we recommend that you use a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
All products are checked before leaving us but if for any reason you are not happy with the condition, or it has been damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will sort out the problem as soon as possible.
1. Before returning your item(s), please send an e-mail to: info@jitterbugtoys.co.uk letting us know what you are sending back to us. Please also include the order number, which can be found on the delivery note or order confirmation e-mail, the reasons for the return, and what action you would like to be taken (either Exchange or Refund).
2. Please box up your return carefully and include the completed returns sheet sent with your order (if possible, please re-use the packaging we sent the goods to you in). Please send the parcel to:

3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post and always retain your proof of postage. GOODS ARE RETURNED TO JITTERBUG TOYS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
4. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange (if stock is available) within 14 days from returning the goods back to us. Please note that refunds will be credited back on to the original payment method and only to the original payee.
